Sometimes, we receive packages back marked as undeliverable.
- There are multiple reasons why a package may be returned as undeliverable:
- The address could be incorrect or outdated. Typically, couriers will keep the package for a certain period before returning it to us. It’s essential to verify your address thoroughly when placing an order.
- If you provided an incorrect shipping address after the order has shipped, please submit a ticket through our Contact Form page so we can evaluate if sending a replacement is possible. However, please note that it’s not guaranteed as all sales are final and refunds can not be granted.
- If an incorrect shipping address was provided in your order and you contacted us before the order shipped submit a ticket through our Contact Form page so we can check on what would be the best approach to resolve the issue and make things right!

- If it's just a minor error, like "Loa Angeles, CA, 90210," there’s a strong possibility that your local post office can still identify the correct address. Please reach out to them for help.
- If the street name, zip code, or city is wrong, we will coordinate with your local post office to make the necessary corrections. If it’s no longer possible, we will arrange for a replacement.

- The way the address was entered may not be recognized by our system, or the package may have been assigned to a carrier that is unable to deliver to that address.
- A restricted address may have been used. Sending orders to prisons, correctional facilities, or similar institutions may lead to specific restrictions regarding the products or carriers involved.
- The carrier attempted to deliver but was unsuccessful. Most carriers will try to deliver packages more than once; if they cannot succeed, they will return the package to us.
- The recipient may have refused the delivery. If a gift recipient is not expecting a package, they might decline it if they think it was delivered by mistake.
- The address could be incorrect or outdated. Typically, couriers will keep the package for a certain period before returning it to us. It’s essential to verify your address thoroughly when placing an order.
- We are unable to resend orders that have been returned to us as undeliverable for the reasons outlined above, except for clause 1.1.3 above. If you still want to purchase the same item/s, place a new order on our website.
