Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance

1. Purchasing a product that includes a warranty can give you added reassurance. If the product does not operate as intended during its lifespan and you have opted for our Lifetime Guarantee / Purchase Protection, this warranty may entitle you to a replacement, not including shipping charges.

   • This warranty becomes void if the product is misused, experiences typical wear and tear, or is discontinued.

   • “Lifetime” refers to the period during which the product is still being produced.
   • The warranty can be canceled without advance notice to the customer.
2. To use your Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance:
   • Capture a photo or a short video of the item.
   • Go to our Contact Form page to submit a request and choose Lifetime Warranty as the category.
   • Attach the photo or video to your submission.
3. If your replacement request is authorized, we will update you within 48 hours.
